By downloading, installing, or using the OmniDownload application (the "App"), or by creating an account through our website or in-app account system (together with the App, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The App is software you install and run on your own computer. When you use it to retrieve media from a URL you supply, that retrieval happens directly between your computer and the third-party site or platform hosting the content — Omnistream's servers are not involved in, and have no visibility into, that transfer.
Separately, Omnistream operates Account Services — handling account creation, email verification, licence activation, and payment — used to unlock full-quality downloads after a free trial. Account Services see only account and licensing information, never the content or URLs you download.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download any content you request, complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform involved, complying with applicable copyright law, and not using the App to infringe any intellectual property or personal right. Because retrieval happens locally on your own device, we have no visibility into what you download — that responsibility is yours alone.
You agree not to download content you don't have rights to, redistribute or commercially exploit copyrighted content without authorization, circumvent DRM or the App's licence enforcement, or use the App in violation of any platform's own terms.
The App itself is the property of Omnistream Media Solutions. We claim no ownership in content you retrieve using the App — all rights remain with the respective owners.
Because downloads happen locally on each user's own device, we are not in a position to remove specific downloaded content — there is nothing on our infrastructure to take down. Rights holders with concerns about the App's functionality can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content retrieved using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnistream Media Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify Omnistream Media Solutions from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or Account Services at any time. The App's core download functionality does not depend on Account Services being available, except that full-quality unlocking requires successfully verifying a licence at least once.
We may restrict or terminate your account or licence at any time for violation of these Terms.
